On Monday, April 20, 2026, we were delighted to welcome students from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of the University of West Attica to the facilities of Theodorou Group in Peania, Attica, Greece.

The aim of the event was to inform the students, future technicians and engineers, about the important role they will play in the growth of Greek industrial businesses, the responsibilities of technical departments, and the skills required in the industry.

The event included talks and presentations by members of our company’s leadership team (including the Group President, Head of Human Resources, Technical Support Director, Operations Director, Engineering Director, and others), as well as a guided tour of our facilities.

During the talks and presentations, participants had the opportunity to learn about the vision, culture, and activities of Theodorou Group, and to explore the range of integrated solutions we provide to our customers through videos and case studies.

During the tour of our facilities, they observed firsthand the manufacturing processes of our systems and gained practical insight into the requirements of the electrical and electronic engineering profession, as well as the challenges they will face in their professional careers.

Finally, participants had the opportunity to speak with executives of Theodorou Group, ask questions, clarify their concerns, and express their interest in learning and collaborating with our group.
