
Since our establishment in the early 1980s, Theodorou Group has placed great emphasis on building a strong technical support team capable of serving all our customers throughout Greece.
Today, we operate seven technical support centers across Greece and Cyprus (Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa, Crete, Alexandroupoli, and Nicosia), staffed by more than 40 highly trained field service technicians.
Our technicians are responsible for the proper installation of equipment, training customer personnel in its correct operation, performing preventive maintenance, responding promptly to emergency service requests, and fulfilling technical support contract obligations.
Each technician is equipped with the necessary technology and tools, including laptops, mobile terminals, and software that provides direct access to our central databases containing the complete service history of every installation. In addition, every technician carries a comprehensive inventory of spare parts in their company vehicle, ensuring fast and effective on-site support.
