
B2B Sales Development Executive (Ref: BSE0226LT)
The Theodorou Group, a leading company in robotics and industrial automation, is seeking to hire a B2B Sales Development Executive based at its facilities in Peania, Attica, Greece. We’re looking for someone passionate about growing a client portfolio and delivering comprehensive solutions to demanding customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a client portfolio (both existing and new customers) in a B2B environment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets in line with the annual sales budget.
- Monitor the market and competition, identifying new opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Department to promote products and integrated solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- University or Technological Institute degree (technical field preferred).
- Additional sales training/certifications will be considered an asset.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good command of English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
- Team spirit and collaboration skills.
