Electrical Design Engineer (Ref. HS0526SK)
Theodorou Group, a leading company in robotics and industrial automation, is seeking to hire an Electrical Design Engineer at its headquarters in Peania, Attica, Greece.
Responsibilities
- Produces electrical power and automation designs for the company’s projects
- Designs electrical panels and machine control systems
- Selects electrical equipment and materials according to project requirements
- Prepares technical documentation and manufacturing files for panel production
- Collaborates with the mechanical design, software, and manufacturing departments for the complete implementation of projects
- Provides technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases
- Updates designs following modifications during construction or installation
- Participates in the creation and maintenance of standardized solutions and design libraries
- Ensures that designs comply with safety standards and certification requirements (e.g., CE)
- Maintains organized archives of drawings and technical project documentation
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in electrical design of industrial systems
- Excellent knowledge of electrical design tools (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of automation equipment and industrial electrical installations
- Good command of the English language
- Good computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation systems and industrial installations
- Basic knowledge of PLCs or control systems
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
