Theodorou Group, a leading company in robotics and industrial automation, is seeking to hire a Marketing Assistant for immediate employment at its headquarters in Paiania, Attica, Greece.
Position Purpose
To undertake daily tasks to support the implementation of the Marketing Department's activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Supports the marketing manager in the department’s daily tasks.
- Utilizes marketing analysis techniques to collect important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).
- Organizes and executes promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns in agreement with their supervisor, and monitors their success.
- Is responsible, upon agreement with their supervisor, for the overall management of the group’s exhibitions/events.
- Manages social media accounts, creates content, and responds to messages in accordance with the supervisor’s guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Business Administration and ideally a Master’s degree in Marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience as a marketing assistant.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and web applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
