Software Engineer (Ref: SE0526SK)
Theodorou Group, a leading company in robotics and industrial automation, is seeking to hire a Software Engineer at its headquarters in Peania, Attica, Greece.
Responsibilities
- Develops software for automation systems (PLC, SCADA, Robots, Vision, Servo, etc.)
- Participates in the selection and implementation of automation technical solutions
- Collaborates with the electrical and mechanical design departments for the proper integration of equipment and software
- Participates in functional testing, commissioning, and system start-up
- Performs software modifications and improvements during the testing or installation phase
- Provides technical support for installed systems when required
- Participates in the development and maintenance of standardized software block and module libraries
- Prepares or updates operating manuals and software technical documentation
- Trains customer personnel in the use of systems when required
- Maintains an organized file structure and software version control according to company procedures
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in PLC, SCADA, or industrial automation system programming
- Good knowledge of automation equipment (PLC, inverters, sensors, etc.)
- Good computer skills
- Good command of Greek and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with robotic systems or motion control
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
- Experience in commissioning automated systems
