Theodorou Group has extensive experience as a System Integrator in the development of integrated systems for the automation and digital transformation of Industry 4.0 and Logistics 4.0 with many successful system installations both in Greece and abroad (United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta, Saudi Arabia, etc.).

Industrial Equipment

Theodorou Group has a full range of machinery for industrial packaging and the supply chain, in exclusive partnerships with the most important manufacturers (Domino, Zebra, Markem-Imaje, Herma, Robopac, Mettler-Toledo, Garvens, Espera, etc.). This equipment is available individually in stand-alone applications, but can also be integrated into the integrated systems of Theodorou Group.

Auto ID Equipment

Theodorou Group offers integrated coding and marking solutions, automatic data capture and mobility solutions through a comprehensive range of products and services (label printers, mobile printers, terminals, wireless networks, maintenance contracts and technical support). These solutions ensure the immediate and correct capture, transfer, analysis and management of real-time information for decision-making, a process popularly known as Sense – Analyze – Act which is now essential in the ever-changing environment and the supply chain digitization trend.

Consumables

Theodorou Group is the largest producer of self-adhesive labels and thermal transfer ink ribbons and one of the largest in Europe with exports to 25 countries. We offer industry, logistics and trade companies high-quality white labels and ink ribbons LABELS RIBBONS^® that incorporate our long experience and expertise in the field of industry and logistics. In our state-of-the-art facilities in Paiana Attica Greece we also produce color (display) labels under the brand name LABELS COLOURS^®, while we also have extensive experience in labeling primary packaging with labeling systems of our own design and production. We also stock the Greek market with industrial printer consumables from the leading companies Domino and Markem-Imaje (inkjet inks). Finally, we produce and supply the Greek market with pallet wrapping stretch films ULTRAStretch™.

Automated Delta-Type Robotic Case Packing System at the Cypriot Food Company SERANO

SERANO was seeking a solution for fully automating the secondary packaging processes for two of its production lines. The solution needed to meet the high productivity demands of the lines while maintaining their full flexibility. ZENON AUTOMATION SAICT, a member of the THEODOROU GROUP, with over 40 years of expertise in robotic automation for the end-of-line production phase, was asked to design and manufacture a system that could serve a wide range of products in primary packages of various dimensions with the minimum possible adjustments when switching between them.
